Yes, you are correct. In fact, many people believe three rounds is the ideal sauna session.

If you have to wear a swimming costume, when you rinse off, you'll need to rinse off well to get the sweat out of it. Yes, it will still be sweaty, but unfortunately, that is just a fact with some sauna establishments that make you wear a swimming costume.

Hey.. I was wondering:
I read somewhere that one could redo a sauna for up to three times in a go. Which means- 15 min sweating inside, a splash of cold shower, cool down outside and repeat about three times. Or, you could do the sauna once and repeat with a steam room or vice versa, whatever.
Now, if I wear a swimming costume and I've sweat in it, after cooling down can I repeat with the same costume? Wouldn't it be sweaty from the first round?

This sauna is a joke. Barely warm. I was out in 10 min and was charged for a visit. This was the worst experience in sauna ever.

I agree with you that building something with your own hands is money much better spent than on any kind of therapy (sorry Stephen).

Right on Chris. Just an opinion, but Lifehacker, at the expense of 'linkbaiting', may in fact be giving readers an unintended benefit. All this raggamuffin DIY stuff provokes one to get off the couch and invent, create, make something happen. Imagine a short balding accountant in midlife crises. Great post. Agree completely on the ranking list. Somewhere between #1 (naked) and #2 (bathing suit) is Troxers, a newly invented product brought to you by Saunatimes. Troxers are modified boxer shorts that can be wrung out between rounds for a damp dry feel while chilling out on a cold winter's night, incognito yet with a naked feel.

I just spent 2.5 hours at Kaiser-Friedrich-Therme. One of the best three hours of my life. Lots of women, lots of men, everyone nude and no one acting like it was anything other than normal. Facilities are great! Prices Great; my bill was 23 euros. I arrived at 1930 and stayed till they run you out at 2130 to be empty at 2200. They give you a rist band with a metal dot that is used to keep track of your spending. After getting completely hot, I went to the bar still naked with just my towel and had a tall cold beer. Upon recouping I went back to the baths. Can't wait to go again. By the way, I am a shaved man and I had never been to a German bath house before. All the women of all ages and shapes were shaved. At first I was the lone shaved man and was a little self concious (which I quickly got over). By the end of the evening there was a few more shaved men.

I tried Red Rocks Banya onceand I still feel amazing. Ive had trouble sleeping for a while and I tried everything, pills, acupuncture, different medicines, ect. but nothing worked for me until I tried the banya. Ive only gone once and my sleeping is already noticeably better. I will defenitly be coming back. I would reccommend this spa to everyone who has trouble sleeping, because i know how hard it is to deal with insomnia. Overall its amazing, the staff is very kind, the place is clean and makes me feel at home and the actual place is beautiful, i would reccomend visiting their website, RedRocksBanya because i cannot fully describe my amazing expirience alone ( they also have a lot of pictures). I will defenitly be a weekly customer :)
